When you apply to a fitcru programme, enquire via WhatsApp or our contact form, or join our waitlist, we collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, city, and details about your health goals and current situation.

If you share blood work reports, medical history, or other health data as part of the onboarding process, we treat this information with the highest level of care and confidentiality.

We also collect standard technical data when you visit our website — browser type, device, pages visited, and referral source — via analytics tools. This data is aggregated and never linked to your personal identity.

Your personal and health information is used solely to deliver the fitcru service: to design and refine your protocol, to coach you effectively, and to communicate with you about your programme.

We do not use your health data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to your direct care. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for commercial purposes.

Anonymised and aggregated outcome data (e.g. average HbA1c improvement across a cohort) may be used internally for research and protocol development. This data cannot be used to identify you.

Blood reports, diagnostic results, and other health information you share with fitcru are stored securely and accessed only by the fitcru coaching team directly responsible for your protocol.

fitcru is a precision nutrition and lifestyle coaching service. We are not a medical practice and do not provide medical diagnoses or prescriptions. Any coaching delivered by fitcru does not constitute medical advice. We recommend you maintain an independent relationship with your GP or specialist.

We may, with your explicit consent, communicate observations or protocol changes to your doctor if you are under co-managed care.

Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. Access is restricted to authorised fitcru team members on a need-to-know basis.

We retain your data for as long as you are an active client and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@fitcru.com.

While we implement industry-standard security measures, no system is completely immune to risk. We encourage you not to share sensitive health information over unencrypted channels.

A significant portion of fitcru coaching is delivered via WhatsApp. By joining a fitcru coaching group or communicating with the team via WhatsApp, you acknowledge that this platform is operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. and is subject to their privacy terms.

We recommend you review WhatsApp's privacy policy independently. fitcru does not control Meta's data practices.

Messages shared in coaching groups may be seen by other members of that group. We advise you not to share sensitive personal or financial information in group channels.

Our website uses cookies to improve performance and understand how visitors use the site. These include functional cookies (essential for the site to work) and analytics cookies (to measure traffic and behaviour).

You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling analytics cookies will not affect your ability to access our site or services.
